Do you offer gift cards?

At the moment we do not offer gift cards but if you would like to purchase hair and like it gift wrapped with a special note we will be more than happy to do that for you.

What are the payment options?

All the payments that are accepted are as follows: debit/credit cards of master card,visa,american express,discover, pay pal,square, and cash (only in person orders.)

What is your return policy?

All sales are final no exceptions. But Queen royalty hair do provide special conditions refunds and exchanges.

What is your shipping and processing time?

Our order processing time is 2-5 business days not including the day you initially made the order.
